Edit oops: No shit I know it's name means "butterfly-bird", you don't think I knew that? Okay maybe the fact that life keeps throwing me shitty curve ball after shitty curve ball right now is making me more pissy than normal but really it's actually so fucking aggravating when every few days someone randomly finds and comments on this to tell me "lmFAO DID U KNO VLINDER-VOGEL MEANS BUTTERFLY-BIRD IN DUTHC????!?!?" No shit that's what it means. Stop telling me, I already know. I have a good enough understanding of the Dutch language. I knew it from the beginning when I named the fucker and you're starting to make me hate this character, which is a shame because it's actually one of my more decent designs. Good God. I'm sorry for being so pissy and off-the wall about this.

Basically have been sitting around here all day working on this ref! After I posted the sketch I suddenly got a rather nice wave of inspiration as to how this thing's character would be like, so I went for it.

Anyyyywaaaaays, pretty much all you need to know is on the ref.

Aaand if you wanna draw Vlinder-Vogel, then go right ahead! I love it when people wanna draw my stuffff.

GOSH, this is such an amazing character design, so I really hope those comments really don't turn you away from it. I'm really diggin' the silhouette of the character when the wings are down, and the folded hands are just ajdkfal; And I love the fact that it's mute, too, so I'm just falling more in love with it the more I read on about it.
