I instantly fell in love with the look of these characters that it's great to see them interacting and emoting. Very cool stuff!
Actually I kinda feel a bit for them though? Kata's a very shy and introverted person so I think all the attention is stressing them. ;n;
Though, yeah, the designs they made are gorgeous and I admire them a lot, among other things. I just kinda feel like the sudden wave of attention hurts them a little.
I believe being an artist naturally comes a bit of exposure as this is an audience based media. People like looking at art and deviantART has provided members with an opportunity to discuss said art with the artist themselves. I never would've known about this deviation at all unless it had been suggested and am happy for it! I love being shown content like this I've never seen before.
I know sometimes daily deviations can be a little overwhelming because it really puts your work in the spotlight, but I hope your pal knows she can implement tools (like disabling comments) if it becomes too much.
Eh, that's true. I can understand that.
Idek though I think it's more that they just don't want the attention? Like it's not just the flood of comments, but also just all the watchers. They weren't really wanting that.
I mean I don't say it's wrong that you guys put their work up as a DD but I mean sometimes it can be a double-edged sword and I think the more negative side is affecting them right now.
