I've been trying to work on owls recently, because they're so striking design-wise. But they are hard as heck to pull off! Kudos~

Oh yeah nightjars and owls kind of have that similar head-shape, if you are thinking of barn owls. Though, still, nightjar anatomy is very different. They have huge gaping mouths and whiskers to help them catch insects.
