Poops and screams because I finally finished this after a super long time.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

Its theme song is HERE.

It has no sex, nor gender. Yes, biologically that is very awkward, but Ray Jay is simply a character representing myself. As far as pronouns go, its used pronouns will reflect whichever pronouns I myself am using at the time.

This character is of, course, also very heavily based upon myself in all ways, except for the giant walking bird part. I'm not a bird. I do, however, have the same ear piercings, clothing, hair styless, and acne problems as Ray Jay is. Because fursonas/personas are only fun to me if they are pretty much myself and not too drastically changed in character and form.

Fun fact, I actually had to take pictures of myself in my skivvies in order to get Ray Jay's body structure correct in the rib cage and hips. Yeah, I'm that dedicated to making my personas look like me.

Ummm, other than that, all you need to know is on the ref sheet and stuff.

wow I actually have a pretty similar view of fursonas! I'm overweight, and I make sure that my fursona has my body shape and hairstyle. She and I even wear glasses. I don't see a lot of individuals who like the idea of having a sona that represents 'themselves'. I've always had the opinion that if a fursona looks like you, then that means you're more comfortable in your own skin.

I really really love this character. Always have.
I feel it could be improved on, though, perhaps with more contrast? WHO KNOWS but it's no big deal because this character is great anyway. Very pleasing.
Freakin love that it's a bird and not a gryffe thing. Argh. I love birds so much so seeing this is like <3333333333

Well, the point is to have as little contrast as possible. I don't want a loud and colorful persona. I want it to be dull and blending as I am. I am not one to make a huge scene by my presence, so it is only fitting to create a persona that is as muted and monochromatic as possible.

Plus colors are gross.

But yeah, hahah.

Makes sense! I figured there was meaning. I'm much the same way - my fursona is brown. I'm shy and prefer to blend into the background, so I thought earthy browns to be best :3 She's almost grey even!
Glad to see there's meaning <3 That's how a 'sona /should/ be. Not changing every week because red pandas are popular...then coati mundi fjknfgjkf </rant>
